Privacy policy
What happens to your information when you use this site. Last updated: 26 September 2026.
Who is responsible
This site is run by Tanja Gavrilović, fractional CMO for B2B SaaS companies in the United States. For anything about your data, write to tanja@tanjagavrilovic.com or use the contact form.
What I collect
When you use the contact form: your name, email address, what your message is about and the message itself.
If you apply to work together, also the answers you give about your company: company name, website, your role, stage, revenue range, team size, the scope you are considering, the problem you describe, your timeline, budget fit and how you found me.
With each form submission the site also records your IP address and browser details. This helps block spam.
Why I use it
To read your message and reply to it. If you applied, to decide whether I can help and to follow up about a possible engagement.
The legal basis is your consent (the checkbox on the form) and the steps you ask me to take before a possible contract.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Submissions are stored in this website’s database (WordPress, hosted on Cloudways) and sent to my inbox as an email notification (Google Workspace).
I do not sell your information. Apart from the analytics data described under Cookies and analytics, I do not share it with anyone for their marketing. Sending the contact form does not add you to a mailing list. If you download a free guide, I email you the download links and, with your consent, occasional emails about B2B SaaS growth and AI systems. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
How long I keep it
Form submissions are kept for 12 months and then deleted. If we work together, records are kept as long as the law requires for contracts and invoices.
Cookies and analytics
WordPress may set a few cookies it needs to work, for example to keep editors signed in. Fonts and profile images can load from Google Fonts and Gravatar, which see your IP address when your browser requests them.
I use two analytics tools to see how the site is used and make it better. Ahrefs Web Analytics counts visits and shows which pages people read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
I also partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with this site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay. This shows me clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, which pages you visit, and your device, browser and approximate location. Clarity masks sensitive content, such as the text you type into forms, before anything is sent.
Clarity uses first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies (_clck, _clsk, CLID, MUID, MR, SM and ANONCHK) to recognize your browser across visits. The data is used for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. Microsoft is an independent controller of the data it collects and uses it under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
When you first visit, a small cookie notice asks if Clarity may use cookies. Click OK to allow them or No thanks to decline. Your answer is saved in your browser for six months, and you can change it any time with the Cookies link at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, I treat it as a no. If you visit from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Clarity does not set cookies unless you click OK. Elsewhere, Clarity may set cookies until you decline.
Your other choices: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use a private window or a tracker blocker, and turn off personalized Microsoft ads in your Microsoft ad settings. This site does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how it is used or object to its use. You can withdraw your consent at any time; it does not affect anything done before.
You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country or state.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
