Experiments, systems, and insights from working with AI.
About
I run the experiments.
You get the results.
I’m having more fun with content marketing than I’ve had in years, and I didn’t expect to be saying that in 2026.
I’ve spent about a decade in content and SEO, most of it deep in B2B SaaS. I started out in corporate, where I watched good work get buried under approval chains, politics, and people who mistake motion for progress.
So I left for small, fast teams, and that’s where I felt at home. Over the years I’ve worked with hundreds of SaaS companies, and I built one belief that still runs everything I do. Solve the biggest problem first, and everything else stops feeling so urgent, because you’ve already won the customer who matters.
I started my own agency in 2024, which was arguably the worst possible time to do it. AI had just gone mainstream, and most of the industry was racing to scale thin, forgettable content with no thought for what it would cost them later. Clients were hard to win in that noise. The ones who trusted me got the steady growth, brand awareness, and mentions, but still wanted to scale as fast as posible.
Then something shifted in me. AI kept getting better, and instead of bracing against it or pretending I had it all figured out, I got curious. I started using Claude every day, then Claude Code, then agents. The deeper I went, the more the work opened back up, and the fun I felt when I first fell for content came rushing back. So now I’m doing the obvious thing. I’m relearning content marketing in 2026, out loud, and I’m sharing what I find as I find it.
If you’re working out what AI actually means for your marketing, and you’d rather hear it from someone doing the work than someone selling slop, stay close. I’ll keep building, keep testing, and keep telling you the truth about what holds up.
